Return Period

In accordance with applicable European consumer protection regulations, eligible items may be returned within 14 daysof receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Vintage Materials

Our products are handcrafted using carefully selected upcycled vintage kimono fabrics. Due to the nature of these unique materials, slight imperfections such as minor stains, loose threads, subtle discoloration, or other signs of age may be present. These characteristics reflect the history and authenticity of the fabric and are not considered defects. Therefore, returns or refunds cannot be accepted for these natural vintage characteristics.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent. If the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, TOKI will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items reach us safely. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning items.

TOKI cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit before they are received by us.
